This flowering green tea is naturally very low in caffeine, high in antioxidants and can be steeped up to 3 times without tasting bitter. To prepare this tea, use 1 tea blossom for 400ml of water. Heat water to 85°C (180°F) and steep for 3 minutes until flower has opened.
